Refund Policy – Emotional Movement™ Workshop

Thank you for considering the Emotional Movement™ Workshop hosted by Xibrid Movement™. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your reservation. Please review our refund policy carefully:

Cancellation Terms:

1. Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before the start of the workshop.

2. 50% Refund: If you cancel your reservation between 6 days and 1 day before the workshop, you will receive a 50% refund of the workshop fee.

3. No Refund (0%): No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the workshop.

Retained Amount: Please note that the retained amount from cancellations will be credited towards your participation in a future Emotional Movement™ Workshop. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we want to ensure you have the opportunity to join our workshop when your circumstances allow.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellation Procedure:

To cancel your reservation, please either use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email or send an email with your cancellation request to contact@ivangermanov.com. When requesting a cancellation, make sure to include your reservation details (date, time, location, and reservation ID).
