what is the xibird training
Xibrid is holistic motion-and-mind practice designed to leverage the full pallet of human movement, recreating the natural way our bodies and minds is created to function. It consists of 5 elements – Air, Fire, Water, Earth and Aether that represent 5 different modes of movement. You can learn more on the Xibrid Explained page
how can i join the classes?
You can join from any mobile device (mobile phone, tablet, laptop, PC/MAC) via your web browser. No need to install or setup anything. However for handheld devices we recommend you to get familiar with the mobile device guide for setting up you mobile browser optimally and getting the best experience out your participation.
can i participate form my phone
Yes you can, but there are some some simple settings of your browser we recommend to adjust in order to take out the maximum from your experience. Check out the mobile device guide for setting up you mobile browser optimally and getting the best experience out your participation.
how can i cancel a plan?
You can cancel at any time from you customer profile page. Some subscriptions can even be put on pause if you are not currently using them. After cancel your subscription will remain active until the billing period is over.
is there an app i need install?
No, you don’t need an app – our classes are completely web based. All you need is subscription in order to have access.
Do i need equipment?
Currently we offer only bodyweight classes so you don’t need any equipment besides a yoga matt to participate. If in future we start offering classes with equipment (Dumbbells, Kettlebells, TRX ext.), it will be explicitly stated in the class announcement.
Are the subscriptions automatically renewed?
Yes our plans are automatically renewed if you paid with card or PayPal. In case you paid with bank transfer you will need to manually transfer the subscription amount in order to remain active.
what fitness level do i need to be?
The fitness level we keep in our classes is set to “accessible”. We always try to keep the exercises as tolerable as possible and offer modification (lower impact exercises) so you can keep up the density of the workout without dropping out. The goal of every training is to challenge you and you should expect that, but the goal of every good trainer is to keep you safe, so don’t worry – we are here to make sure you are not getting overwhelmed or injured!
