    Fill out the "Trainer Matching" form so we can pair you with the ideal coach for your personality, preferences, and objectives. Our suggestions for trainers are for you to either accept or reject, and you can request new ones until you find a perfect match. Upon selecting your coach, proceed with the subscription and onboarding process.

  • Schedule orientation call

    During this call, you will have the chance to discuss your fitness goals, any concerns or questions you may have, and learn more about the program. Your trainer will also take the time to explain the personalized fitness programing and group coaching modules that will be tailored to your needs. This call serves as a starting point for your journey towards achieving your fitness and wellness goals and is a great opportunity to establish a connection with your trainer and get on the right track.

  • Subscribe to the program

  • Start the onboarding process

    On the first week of you subscription you will be gradually acquainted with all features of the software like how to perform trainings with the apps assistance, how to schedule appointments or virtual calls, or how to sync your wearables.
